Small Group Fitness Classes for Every Woman

You deserve the chance to feel your best. That’s why we offer small group fitness classes to cater to all interests and abilities. Whether you’re looking for functional fitness, strength training, or reformer pilates, we’ve got you covered and more! 

Each class has a maximum of 6 people – which allows for a personalised experience and helps you to achieve your fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. 

Plus, with over 50 sessions a week and inclusive gym memberships, you can work out on your own terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Having the flexibility to roll over unused sessions is perfect for busy women with fluctuating scheduling needs.

If you don’t use all your allotted studio visits for one given week, then they will automatically transfer to the following week. That way, if something unexpected comes up (like an extra-long project at work or a sick child) and you can’t make it that day, then at least some of your workouts won’t go wasted!

But keep in mind that there are limits to rollover sessions. They will expire after a week. So be sure to take advantage of your unused workouts within that given timeframe.

We recommend booking back-to-back sessions to use your rollover sessions. Ending your workout with a 30-minute stretch class will do wonders for your body and mind.

Building confidence in the gym can be a scary prospect, especially for women who are new to working out. But in a women’s only gym, the atmosphere is supportive and understanding of the unique challenges facing women. With privacy and camaraderie, Cloud 9 members experience a safe and empowering space for women of all fitness levels to get fit together.

Our women’s only gym ensures that you can work out without distractions or unwanted attention.

If you ever need to take a break from regular exercise during your membership, or you’re going away for holidays, let us know and we will pause your membership without having to completely close down your account or lose out on valuable membership benefits.

There is a $9 admin fee for pausing, but it’s a small price to pay for the flexibility and peace of mind.

When you sign up with us, we do ask for a little commitment – eight weeks to be exact. Trust us though, it’s for a good reason. We’ve been working in personal training for years now and we know that dedicating yourself to eight weeks is the key to seeing real results. 

We see it as a partnership, we’re here to guide you and support you, but ultimately, it’s about you showing up and putting in the work to get to where you want to be.

After that, you are not locked into any agreement. We understand that every fitness journey is unique and circumstances change over time, so you can cancel at any time after eight weeks with no penalty or long-term commitments required.
