Cloud 9 Class Descriptions

Weights Class 1 + 2

This class focuses on functional movement patterns, meaning you’ll be working out your whole body and targeting muscles using weights and resistance methods. Classes 1 and 2 are different, so there’s no risk of getting bored if you book twice a week. Our instructors will ensure that you are using the proper technique every step of the way. This class is suitable for all life stages and will be personalised to suit your individual needs and goals.

Reformer Pilates

In just 30 minutes, we’ll guide you through a series of movements that will work your entire body, including those muscles you may have never even known you had! With a focus on core activation and strengthening, over time you’ll feel stronger and more energised than ever before. And don’t worry about proper technique – our trained instructors make sure you get the most out of every exercise.

Strength Conditioning

Our low-impact HIIT strength conditioning workout is perfect for anyone looking to sweat and build their stamina and resilience without over-exerting themselves. We combine lower weights and cardio in a circuit-style session, with seven scalable exercises to target your entire body.

Core Clinic

This class combines mat Pilates and body weight exercises to strengthen and stabilise those hard-to-reach areas. In just half an hour, we’ll guide you through the ultimate toning workout that will leave you feeling centred and energised. Plus, if you pair it with one of our other classes, you’ll get the perfect balance of hard work and rejuvenation.

Stretch and Flexibility

This is a 30-minute class that focuses on stretching and releasing to keep our muscles healthy and flexible. It’s not just about feeling good – proper technique is key to maintaining mobility and decreasing muscle stiffness which is especially important for all ages and life stages.

Fit Boxing

Looking for a way to get your sweat on and have fun while doing it? Look no further than our Fit Boxing Class! This high-intensity cardio workout is the perfect way to improve your overall health, with benefits including improved blood flow, coordination, stamina, balance, and heart health.
