Women-Only Studio

We’ve created the ultimate safe and inclusive fitness experience for women. Because we’re built differently. So, our training has to be different. Our programs specifically meet our unique fitness needs and address areas we typically struggle with, such as strength training and core stability

Small-Group Classes and Shared Personal Training

That’s why we limit our group sessions to just six people, so our expert trainers can get to know you and your goals on a personal level.

30 Minute Sessions

Our 30-minute sessions are tailor-made to slot seamlessly into even the most hectic of schedules. Say goodbye to sacrificing your precious time or missing out on workouts because you don’t have enough hours in the day.

We offer different levels of membership to suit every budget. For the price of ONE one-on-one PT session, you can choose SIX weekly classes from our timetable of over 50 sessions – including Reformer Pilates – which on its own is a minimum of $25 per casual session. Serious value.

How to Get Started with Cloud 9

Cloud 9 Women’s Fitness Studio is designed to be a welcoming space for all fitness levels and experiences. 

Taking a tour with one of our health and fitness experts will give you a chance to see the equipment, studios and classes we offer. We’ll also take the time to understand your fitness goals and work with you to overcome any hesitations or barriers you may have.

By keeping the class size small, we can give more individualised attention to each member and make sure no one is overlooked. This helps us focus on proper form and technique. It also creates a shared experience between members, allowing them to motivate and challenge one another in a more intimate setting.

Unlike large classes led by an instructor at a gym where you might receive minimal guidance and instructions, shared personal training empowers individuals to do targeted work specifically designed toward their needs and abilities while receiving direct feedback from the trainer throughout the session. It combines individual and small-group instruction and focuses on teaching proper technique so participants can safely meet their fitness goals with less risk of injury.

At Cloud 9, we take the safety and well-being of our clients seriously. That’s why we don’t offer casual visits. 

Before beginning any training, we offer a thorough movement assessment, body composition scan and postural analysis and take an in-depth look at your needs and goals. This process allows us to tailor our programs and approach to your specific requirements and prevent injury.

This approach allows us to provide the highest quality of care and support to our members for their best results.

If your favourite class is full, don’t panic! First and foremost, be sure to add yourself to the waitlist as soon as possible. If someone cancels their spot (which happens more than you think), you may be able to snag it. We notify everyone on the waiting list when that happens.

We’re also proactive about adding more sessions if there is high demand for a particular class, so be sure to let us know. 

It’s also worth considering other classes too – often we get so used to our comfort zone when working out that we forget there are tons of other fun and challenging options.
